Our wet utility scope includes water lines, sewer lines, fire hydrants, tie-ins, trenching and backfill. The exact work depends on your civil plans and the condition of the site, which we review before preparing the bid.
Can utilities be included in a full site development package?
Yes. We can include utility construction with clearing, demolition, earthwork, drainage, concrete and paving. Coordinating the sequence under one contractor helps each scope line up with the work that follows.
Do you also handle storm drainage?
Yes. Storm drainage is a separate service that we can coordinate with your utility and grading scope. Bring the drainage plans into the initial conversation so the underground work can be considered together.
